This is my go to spot whenever I want Chinese food. It will be perfect every single time. I always order for delivery. It always arrives packaged nicely and piping hot. I have never had a bad experience here. My favorite is the shrimp toast. So buttery and crispy and they don't skimp on the shrimp. The crab wontons are crispy and creamy. The Peking duck is plentiful. A half order is more than enough for us. The accompaniments of green onions and cucumbers are always fresh...never old and wilted. The bao buns are also always fresh. I mistakenly ordered the crispy duck and was disappointed because it has bones but that was my error because the menu clearly says it has tiny bones. This place is A++ in my book. I don't order Chinese from anywhere else.
Great value here for some takeout. The portion size is large I got the udon noodles with beef and the king pao and it's easily going to be 3-4 meals. The kung pao was good but the udon noodles with beef were excellent.
Tried this place out for the first time via Uber Eats on a Saturday night around 6:30 PM. Order arrived on time, and all the items were correct. Vanilla Prawns - Very nice texture on the shrimp. Nice and crispy on the outside. Flavor is pretty good. Kind of disappointed as a vanilla sauce is extremely watery - Would've liked it more if it was slightly thicker. Walnuts were very good - Very toasty without tasting burnt & pleasant sweetness. Fried Rice: I've ordered fried rice from the other location by Trinity Grove before and it was incredibly salty at that location. This location's fried rice was not super salty, but pretty balanced on the salt level. Still pretty bland in flavor - would have liked some vegetables in there. Beef Udon Noodles - Pretty good flavor. Noodle texture is spot on - Nice & bouncy. Vegetable texture is pretty good. Green beans are a little overdone IMO. Beef flavor is pleasant. Crab Wontons: Good texture - Nice and crispy not overdone. Good flavor. More crab than cream cheese. Just a bit of cream cheese - Much better than other places that just have cream cheese. Overall, I was pleasantly surprised by this experience, and I would definitely try this place again.
